Job Description

We are seeking to fill a full time Building Admistrator / Manager position in the Town of Kentville, N.S. ASAP. This position would be suitable for a responsible live in/onsite or local experienced person to efficiently manage 100 units consisting of mostly residential and several commercial.As Building Administrator/Manager you would be responsible for but not limited to:

  • showing of vacant apartments, receiving applications from tenants, performing in-inspections and out-inspections, receiving and replying to tenant inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Overseeing daily building operations and working directly with Mainenantce and cleaning personnel. Creating work orders, dealing with utility services, ordering supplies, writing leases, handling Tenancy issues etc.
  • you must be available full time – days, weekends, holidays
You must have previous experience in building Management experience and provide at least 2 references.If selected for an interview, please bring with you 3 job related references. Also required will be a clean drivers abstract, criminal record check and credit check.We offer a one (1) bedroom apartment complete with appliances, heat, hot water, power, parking space, cell phone and internet. We also offer a salary of $31,500/year with a signed contract which would be reviewed after 3 months of job performance.
