Participates in coordinating the operation, maintenance and repair of the boiler and chiller plants and associated systems by performing duties including but not limited to: maintaining a preventative maintenance program for the plants and their associated systems, making periodic inspections of the plants and their associated systems, assisting the Manager in the operation and maintenance of the Plants as per applicable standards; recommending the selection of equipment and supplies and any alteration of physical facilities for the Plants; determining appropriate manpower and work scheduling to ensure the efficient running of the Plants.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
