Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist/Office AdministratorAt Kentville Toyota, we strive to offer an unforgettable car-buying experience for all of our customers. That begins with having the right people on our team. We are currently hiring a part-time (2-3 days a week) Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator.Position Objectives:

  • Welcome customers to the dealership at the reception desk.
  • Answer incoming calls and operate the switchboard.
  • Record and process vehicle inventory as needed.
  • Various filing and documentation for the office, liaising with the Controller and Sales department.
  • Facilitating the flow of business with the Sales Managers and Product Advisors.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 (one) year experience in an administrative position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, office 365, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prompt and courteous.
