Job Description

Go Powersports Ltd. is growing and requires a personable and motivated PARTS CONSULTANT to join their Kentville team!Go Powersports Ltd. is an award-winning Powersports company whose core focus is to bring moments of joy to our customers and employees alike. As 2021 CanAm National Off-Road Dealer of the Year, Go Powersports Ltd. is the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for both BRP and CFMoto. We sell Can-Am off-road & on-road vehicles, Ski Doo snowmobiles and Sea Doo personal watercrafts and marine products such as Alumacraft boats, Mercury motors, Manitou Pontoon boats and Sealver Wave Boats. Also, we are now the only Vespa-Piaggio dealer in Nova Scotia!As a PARTS CONSULTANT, you will be responsible for managing the service & maintenance of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service.Parts Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Assist customers with parts orders and research merchandise
  • Receive and process parts from distributors and maintain an ordered stock room Merchandising showroom
  • Work with technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met
  • Collect payments
  • Use Product knowledge to look up parts/ deal with manufacturers.
  • Source parts, if not in stock
  • Placing manufacturer orders
  • Place orders for customers, stock, work orders
  • Determine inventory needs by communicating with technicians and customers
  • Estimate inventory needs by considering many factors: season, units sold, turnover rates, etc.
  • Complete the order process
  • Working on special projects and contributing to team effort
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • You have excellent communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met
  • As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
  • As a quick learner, you are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
  • Our ideal candidate has prior experience in an automotive/powersports sales or repair environment, and prior experience as a Parts Consultant is especially valuable.
  • This position requires you to have moderate computer proficiency, strong organizational skills
  • You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per yearBenefits:
