Job Description

Our top selling pies contain apples from right here in Annapolis Valley!THE JOBAs a Raw Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:- Carry out all required aspects of purchasing, inventory management and control.- Be responsible for processing of purchasing transactions and maintaining inventory to meet production requirements.- Work effectively with planners, buyers, suppliers, and production managers.- Minimize material shortages to ensure the production schedule is attained. Make alternate arrangements in the event of shortages or delays to minimize impact.- Identify, recommend, and implement ways to improve inventory holdings.- Participate in departmental and interdepartmental meetings as required.- Maintain accurate inventory. Identify obsolete and excess inventory.- Generate reports through Excel as required.- Organize freight for purchasing transaction, delivery.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

  • Salary range between $55,000 - $65,00 based upon experience.
  • Permanent position. Monday through Friday hours with some weekend work.
  • Work in a SQF certified facility, Safety and quality are top priority.
  • You have a clear understanding in Food Safety and Health & Safety policies
