Job Description

Go Powersports Ltd. is growing and requires a dynamic and outgoing RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE to join their Kentville team!As a RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail space as well as the sale of accessories & apparel, while delivering superior customer service.Retail Sales Associate Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Go Powersports Limited Retail Sales Associate is responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service for in-store and telephone/online inquiries,
  • Managing the staging, organisation and presentation of the retail space,
  • Maintaining the Quarterly Manufacturer Certification,
  • Managing the Yeti Product Line & all Accessories and the Sales thereof,
  • Collecting & posting payments (debit, credit card, cash & EFT),
  • Follow-up with customers on purchase inquiries in a timely manner,
  • Being driven to attain individual & company goals & targets,
  • Being driven to work on special projects and contribute to team effort,
  • Other duties as required,
  • Fulfil training as required.
Requirements:
  • You have excellent communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met
  • As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
  • As a quick learner, you are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
  • Our ideal candidate has prior experience in retail but technical knowledge is not required
  • This position requires you to have moderate computer proficiency and strong organisational skills
