We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Assistant to Owner for a growing company. Key assets for this position are as follows- Post Secondary Education for administrative program- Data Entry Skills. Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Word- Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Excellent Communication skills. Ability to ask questions when needed- Ability to Multi TaskDuties of this position will entail the following but are not limited to- Data Entry. Maintaining Spreadsheets and Files.- Client Communication. Updating on Schedules & Booking Appointments.- Receiving material lists required from site supervisors and placing orders with appropriate suppliers.- Bill Payments to Suppliers as well as Bill payments for Properties Owned by company.- Maintaining Files and Paperwork on Vehicle Maintenance and Ministry Paperwork- Scheduling Appointments for Owner- Maintaining Scheduling and Invoicing for Company Owned Air B&B properties and Rentals.- Following up with suppliers on Quotes and Ordered items.This role will be well rounded in assisting with our construction company as well as assisting with our property rental company.
