Job Description

We are looking to hire a Nail and Spa manager that will:

  • Hire, TRAIN and supervise all nail technicians.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an for our nail salon.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff members.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Requirement:
  • Must be proficient at nail art, artificial nails, manicure, pedicure, eyelash extension and facials.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in the beauty industry.
Job Type: PermanentSalary: From $26.50 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kincardine, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Nail care: 3 years (preferred)
