Job Description

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Formats and migrates documents into templates/forms.
  • Troubleshoots problem documents.
  • Proofreads to ensure consistent quality and accuracy of document format.
  • Verifies document formatting does not conflict with associated procedures.
  • Creates electronic work packages.
  • Creates electronic workflow of documents to the Record Management Department.
  • Tracks the workflow through the SharePoint site.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure required deadlines are met.
  • Recommends procedures and methods.
  • Plans and conducts advanced technical assignments.
  • Assist the project with tracking documents and records moving in and out of the company.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.
