As a Tactical Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive monitoring, strategic patrol routines, and swift response to incidents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets within the premises.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols of the commercial tower and its vicinity.- Monitor surveillance systems and promptly investigate any suspicious activities or alarms.- Maintain high visibility to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.- Enforce property regulations and respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms or medical incidents.- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors.- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.Skills/Qualifications:- Valid Security Guard License and First Aid CPR - Preferred to have at least 2 years of security experience.- Proven experience as a security guard or related position, preferably in a commercial or high-rise building setting.- Strong observational skills and attention to detail and Conflict Solving skills- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional daily and/or incident security reports with meticulous detail and grammar- Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act (TPA), Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability/Willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations- Use of Force Experience/Training is an asset- Military/Law Enforcement background is an assetWhat #39;s is in it for you !Trainingamp; DevelopmentCareer Growth Diversityamp; TeamworkSecuriguard Services Ltd.
