Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead.Who we need:Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligenceamp; Data Engineering, we are hiring a Manager, Business Intelligence. As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead a team of Data Analysts and work closely with cross-functional teams internally as well as with our partners to derive actionable insights, optimize program performance, and drive strategic decision-making. Your role will foster a culture of data-driven narratives, ensuring stakeholders easily grasp our progress toward objectives and make informed business decisions.This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite.What #39;s in it for you:Ownership.   • Interpret data beyond surface analysis. You will excel in presenting not just thequot;what quot; of data but also thequot;why quot; behind it—uncovering valuable insights through thorough exploration, hypothesis testing, and a deep understanding of the information. You will navigate data intricacies and consistently push boundaries to validate hypotheses.
  • Team development. You will lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with business leaders from different teams to understand their performance needs, enabling your team to build data visualizations and advanced dashboards to support internal decision-making.
  • Process Enhancement. You will identify and implement enhancements to data collection processes, ensuring higher quality, reliability, and efficiency in reporting.
  • Present insights. You will produce visuals (charts, infographics) and presentations to communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership to ensure we are making the right investments to drive profitability for our owners and new member growth.
You bring:
  • The technical expertise. You have hands-on experience processing extensive data sets and are familiar with multiple platforms, tools, and methodologies in data management, reporting and advanced analytics such as Snowflake, Tableau and SQL.
  • Well-balanced experience. You are equal parts strategic and technical. You are comfortable and effective in persuading both technical and business audiences. You take a consultative approach to solving business problems. You excel at designing and building new and impactful analytic studies. You are very comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed and developing data solutions at scale.
  • The leadership. You bring experience building world-class business analytics teams focused on solving the right and most important problems, focusing on impact. You have a demonstrated track record of developing high-performing teams and a knack for keeping your team engaged and challenged.
  • The relationship-building skills. You can nurture strong two-way relationships across multiple diverse teams, peers, and executives. You are excellent at gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing stakeholder requests. You believe in and build internal partnerships to solve business problems in the most effective way, challenging when needed.
  • The insights and strategy. You are a strategic thinker with the patience to consider all options before jumping to a decision. You are motivated by building robust, reliable processes and solutions that support and empower teams.
