With offices throughout North America, South America, Asia and Europe, the company offers progressive & efficient solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air.Your Part in It:Working out of our Canadian headquarters in the West-Island of Montreal, we are looking for our next Team Lead as an Accounts Payable Representative. You are someone who can communicate in a responsive and courteous way with our suppliers in ensuring all accounts are reconciled. Your work will support our Finance team and you will work closely with other internal team members to ensure all account issues are resolved.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE - Team LeadWhat the Job Entails:

  • Respond to a high volume of suppliers inquiries
  • Motivate the Accounts Payable team
  • Correspond with suppliers / and internally with sales teams
  • Reconcile statement of accounts for suppliers
  • Issue checks for suppliers
  • Process non-trade invoices for payment
  • Manage check runs / EFT payments
  • Process employees expense reports
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • College degree is required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
  • Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC is preferred

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to FridayTraffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities.
