Leetwo Metal Inc. is a leader in the precision sheet metal and precision machining industries. Leetwo Metal is located in a 75,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Kirkland, Quebec on the island of Montreal. Based on this growth, Leetwo Metal has invested in the facility, state of the art technology, equipment, people and processes to meet the evolving needs of our customers by providing them with the expanding tools necessary for their success.RESPONSIBILITIES- Set-up and operation of brake press (Set stops on machine bed, change dies and adjusts components such as ram or power press when making multiple or successive passes).- Selects and program adjustments on N.C. controls.- Inspects parts for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications.- Ensure that all requirements have been met and follow quality control procedures.- Document work completed.- Clean and lubricate equipment.- Keeping the work environment clean and safe as the security of our people is important to us.- Other related duties.QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a metal fabricating environment - Preference given to applicants with experience working to tight tolerances in thin gauge materials.- Minimum 3 years of brake press operating experience. (Amada or Haco would be an asset).- Can configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel).- Possess a DEP/ASP in machining technology (an asset).- Can read and interpret drawings (an asset).- Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment and respect the productions schedule.- Must understand the importance of producing quality products.- Good attendance, safety record and being a team player.Work hours are: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 16:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 13:00 PMIF SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW A SKILL TEST WILL BE REQUIRED!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
