• Vous êtes une personne fiable et responsable.
• Vous êtes travailleur et dévoué et disponible sur appel (24-7).
• Vous avez au moins 3 ans dexpérience en opération déquipement de déneigement (tracteur agricole avec souffleuse ou chargeur inversé).
• Vous démontrez la capacité de bien travailler en équipe et daider les autres si besoin est.
• Vous êtes capable détablir des priorités et deffectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement au rythme rapide et de suivre les instructions de manière appropriée.
• Vous faites preuve du plus grand professionnalisme et respect envers les clients et les collègues
• Vous détenez un permis de conduire valide de classe 5 avec un casier judiciaire vierge

Rôle et responsabilités de lopérateur de déneigement (déneigement résidentiel)

• Vous devez suivre votre itinéraire de déneigement et terminer dans le temps imparti sans sauter aucune propriété.
• Vous devez être disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7 et être à lheure pour votre quart de travail ; peu importe lheure du jour ou le jour de la semaine.
• Vous devez fournir une assistance aux autres membres de léquipe pour effectuer les tâches à temps et efficacement.
• Vous devez assurer la coordination avec le directeur de la division de déneigement si des problèmes résolus.
• Vous comprenez limportance de suivre les politiques et procédures de lentreprise, en particulier à la lumière des problèmes de sécurité et de performance.
• Vous agirez, en tout temps, de manière professionnelle (port duniforme, contact avec les clients et les collègues, traitement des plaintes).
• Vous alimenterez, utiliserez et restituerez correctement léquipement et les tracteurs agricoles dune manière organisée et propre après une tempête.

• About the Snow Operator (Snow Removal) position
• You are a reliable and responsible individual.
• You are hardworking and dedicated and available on-call (24-7) from the first snow fall to the last.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in snow removal equipment operation (farm tractor w/ inverted snowblower or loader).
• You demonstrate the ability to work well as a team player and help others if need be.
• You are able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and follow instructions appropriately.
• You exhibit the utmost professionalism and respect towards clients and co-workers
• You maintain a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record

Role and Responsibilities of the Snow Operator (Snow Removal)

• You are expected to follow your snow removal route and complete it in the allotted time without skipping any properties.
• You are expected to be on call 24-7 and on time for your shift; no matter the hour of the day or day of the week.
• You are expected to provide assistance to other team members to complete tasks on-time and efficiently.
• You are expected to coordination with the Snow Removal Division Director if any issues occur.
• You understand the importance of following company policies and procedures, especially in light of safety and performance issues.
• You will act, at all times, in a professional manners (wearing uniforms, contact with clients and co-workers, dealing with complaints).
• You will properly fuel, use and return equipment and farm tractors in an organized and neat manner after a storm.
