From managing several ad-campaigns & social media platforms for different clients to overseeing the allocated marketing budget and generating qualified leads for different business units, you will work in collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team. You will be Laurentide’s passionate ambassador.POSITION LEVEL: SeniorWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEManage and implement digital marketing campaigns and analyze the performance.Oversee the digital marketing budget based on ROI analysis.Identify new technologies and products for online campaignsLead the path in creating a strategic connexion between Laurentide’s B2B/B4B brand and our clients, working cohesively with all Business Unit Directors.Be a key collaborator to our Director of Talent & Culture in deploying our Employer Branding strategies, modeling our culture, and exemplifying our core values.Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion to leadership and departments you partner with.Monitor, prepare and report on platforms for marketing campaigns.Identifying new advertising tactics to encourage business growthAssuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and manage strategies & marketing/sales budgets.Creating and updating content and marketing campaigns and all other related tasksESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFULBachelors degree in marketing or business or other related degree.At least 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably executing some of the same tasks to be managed in the role, such as content development.Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spokenExperience with CRM and marketing automation software.Knowledge of Salesforce and/or PardotProven track record of analyzing campaign performance using growth analytics, SEO, and tracking tools, as well as identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition.Experience in an environment where the principal provides marketing material that need to be customized to meet local needs.WORK LOCATION: Kirkland, QCABOUT USLaurentide’s purpose is To Help Industry Thrive in Eastern Canada.
