Our rapid company growth requires that we constantly add motivated, enthusiastic individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service.EXPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATORWhat the Job Entails:Coordinate and monitor the transportation and movement of the goods for exportPrepare shipping instructions and any other necessary legal documents required for export: bill of lading, Federal Drug Association, B13 ticket, certificate of origin, legalization, fumigation etc.Communicate and coordinate with Sea freight carriers, co-loaders, intermodal departments, truckers, customs brokers and other service providersResolve problems and provide ongoing support to internal/external customersEnter all cost and sell rates as soon as file is opened and prior vessel departure to ensure file profitability and on time billingMonitor holds or discrepancies in the movement of goodsProactive response to service issuesWhat We Are Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in international export proceduresStrong operational knowledge and analytical skills in the Operations fieldSolid understanding of Microsoft Office and applications; ability/interest to learn new systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to details and excellent organizational skillsWritten and verbal fluency in EnglishOutgoing personality; high energy; flexibleGreat attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!What We Offer:Robust industry with training and mentorshipCompensation package that include Medical and Dental benefitsLife Insurance/AD&D InsuranceLong-term/Short-term disabilityFree parking, bistro, gym, and free coffee all day!Dynamic environment and ‘can-do’ cultureFree shuttle to and from Fairview terminusThis is a full-time permanent position from Monday to FridayTraffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities.
