We are currently looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Kirkland office. Come join our growing team and enjoy an environment that allows you to be challenged with every new project.DESCRIPTIONAs part of the Investment team, the Real Estate Investment Analyst will provide various support to the Real Estate department in the analysis of industrial, residential, commercial, office, retail and mixed-use real estate developments. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of financial models and other necessary analytical and financial documents for the Real Estate or Finance teams and partners. The Real Estate Investment Analyst evaluates the performance of existing real estate projects. In addition, they will develop and improve models and tools currently used by the company to conduct these analyses.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain financial models for various development projects
• Evaluate risk and profitability of all projects
• Assist in the financing, acquisition, and due diligence
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate cost and revenue assumptions.
• Assist in the reporting of ongoing projects
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of various tools intended for upper management
• Conduct and maintain a database of market research to support the Real Estate department.
• Assist in various other functions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, real estate or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field
• Passion for and knowledge of Real Estate
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office suites, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and independent
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to innovate
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual (French and English)

Venez faire partie de notre équipe en pleine croissance et profitez d’un environnement stimulant qui permet de vous réaliser projet après projet.DESCRIPTIONLa fonction principale de l’analyste en investissement immobilier, qui agit sous la supervision du directeur d’investissement immobilier, consiste à fournir un soutien à l’équipe du département de l’immobilier dans l’analyse du portefeuille immobilier à usage commercial, industriel, résidentiel ou à usage mixte. Le titulaire du poste met au point les rapports proforma, prépare les feuilles de calcul électronique et tout autre document analytique et financier nécessaire aux équipes du département de l’immobilier et des finances ou aux partenaires. L’analyste produit les rapports mensuels et évalue le rendement des projets immobiliers existants. Il ou elle conçoit ou améliore les modèles et les outils actuellement en vigueur dans l’entreprise pour mener ces analyses.RESPONSABILITÉS

• Développer et maintenir des modèles financiers pour divers projets de développement
• Évaluer le risque et la rentabilité de tous les projets
• Aider au financement, à lacquisition et à la diligence raisonnable
• Collaborer avec divers départements pour maintenir des hypothèses précises sur les coûts et les revenus.
• Contribuer à létablissement de rapports sur les projets en cours
• Participer à la création et à la maintenance de divers outils destinés à la haute direction
• Réaliser et maintenir une base de données détudes de marché pour soutenir le département d’immobilier.
• Aider dans diverses autres fonctions au besoin

QUALIFICATIONS

• Baccalauréat en finance, immobilier ou autre domaine connexe
• 2 ans et plus dexpérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un domaine connexe
• Passion et connaissance du domaine de l’immobilier
• Compétences exceptionnelles en Excel
• Compétences avancées dans la suite Microsoft Office, incluant Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Fortes compétences d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
• Grande volonté à réussir et indépendant
• Esprit entrepreneurial et désir dinnover
• Sens élevé des affaires
• Bonnes aptitudes de communication, écrites et verbales
• Bilingue (Français et anglais)
