Lunch time monitors have the responsibility of overseeing groups of children in the classroom and outdoors from 11:45am to 12:45pm, Monday to Friday excluding holidays and PED Days.Responsibilities:- be professional, punctual and respectful- distribute lunch, with caution to allergies and dietary needs- uphold proper discipline- classroom clean up after lunch time- adhere to covid protocols and ensure that students are following all rules- take students outdoors (when weather permits) and actively monitor them- instruct students to line up and and be ready for class after lunch time- be aware of and report any incidents or concerns- prioritize student safety at all timesSkills needed:- English proficiency- good communication skills- experience with lunch monitoring at a school- experience working with children (ages 5-12)- strong organizational skillsPart-time hours: 5 per weekExpected start date: 2021-09-09Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $13.60 per hourSchedule:
