With offices throughout North America, South America, Asia and Europe, the company offers progressive & efficient solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air.Your Part in It:Working out of our Canadian headquarters in the West-Island of Montreal, we are looking for our next Manager of Financial Shared Services. Reporting to the Director of Financial Shared Services, the Manager- Financial Shared Services will oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit & Billing to ensure streamline processes and continuity amongst departments. The suitable candidate will be result-oriented, posses excellent communication skills and have the ability to successfully manage a team.MANAGER - FINANCIAL SHARED SERVICESWhat the Job Entails:

  • Maintain the corporate credit policy
  • Approve credit limits based on authorized matrix
  • Oversee the management of the company’s accounts receivables
  • Adhere to and implement quality billing practices and procedures
  • Ensure that invoices are produced and collected timely to accelerate cash flow
  • Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
  • Accomplish departmental objectives by measuring results and making ad-hoc changes when necessary
  • Provide support to the billing and collection department to ensure compliance to company standards and objectives.
  • Interface with Sales team, customers and vendors when required
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting
  • Monitor KPI’s and staff performance
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor or manager in similar role
  • Strong Leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects
  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to produce positive results in high-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.Traffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities.
