You are passionate about people, driven to improve and relentless when it comes to finding the best and brightest staff.POSITION LEVEL: Mid-levelWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEYou will manage the recruitment and selection processes, including the entire recruitment life cycle which starts with the need for a new employee and ends with the new employees onboarding.In collaboration with our managers and employees, you will staff and build effective teams to respond to our evolving business needs.You will source active and passive candidates for current vacancies.You will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s future hiring needs.You will proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.You will create high-quality content that attracts the right job candidates.In collaboration with the marketing team, you will promote our employer brand through creative and innovative strategies.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFULBAC in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or relevant field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.Experience in a corporate recruiting environment is a plus.Experience with applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms.Polished oral and written French and English communication skills.Highly collaborative spirit and person-centric mindset.Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.Positive “can do” attitude.Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.WORK LOCATION: Kirkland, QCABOUT USLaurentide’s purpose is To Help Industry Thrive in Eastern Canada.
