• Assurer la réalisation de travaux conformément aux spécifications des plans et devis
• Participer à la production des échéanciers de réalisation
• Assister aux réunions de chantier
• Rédiger des avis et mémos afin de faire respecter les contrats
• Produire des rapports journaliers
• Exécuter toutes autres tâches pouvant aider à la réalisation des projets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Détenteur d’un diplôme d’études techniques dans un métier de la construction, ou l’équivalent
• Effectuer la surveillance de chantiers de construction pour des projets à caractère commercial, industriel, et/ou résidentiel
• Calme et pondérer
• Être capable d’écouter
• Avoir du bon jugement
• Capacité d’adaptation aux situations d’imprévus
• Détenteur d’un permis de conduire valide

We are currently seeking a Superintendent to join our National Bank site situated the downtown Montreal area. Come join the team!RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that site work is carried out according to plans and specifications
• Participate in scheduling
• Assist in site meetings
• Write up notices and memos
• Ensure contracts are adhered to
• Prepare daily reports
• Perform any other tasks that would lead to the successful completion of the project

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent
• Experience supervising construction sites for commercial, industrial and/or residential projects
• Calm and shows good judgement
• Good listening skills
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations
• Holder of a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (French and English)
