Each and every Traffic Tech employee is personally invested in ensuring you receive the most innovative, efficient and cost-effective solution available.Technical Support - Apple ProductsPrimary Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues (Microsoft)Assist in movement and set up of hardwareAnswer emails and phone calls in a timely mannerAssist with printer and photocopier set-up and configuration, and desktop hardware.Offer support with smartphones (Samsung) and applicationsTroubleshoot and offer support with Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, MacbookTrain and educate staff on Apple productsInstall updates and applications when neededProvide extremely friendly, and professional service to our employeesRequirements:College degree in computer science or similarGeneral familiarity and understanding of Apple productsThorough understanding of MS-Office, Windows 7, Active DirectoryExperience supporting smartphones (Samsung & iPhone)Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsCustomer service oriented and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with Citrix is considered an assetAbility to speak Spanish is considered an assetBenefits:Dynamic Environment and 'can-do' cultureMedical and Dental benefitsGym and Cafeteria on SiteFree Coffee all day!Free Shuttle from/to Fairview TerminusIf this challenge sounds appealing to you.
