Saving Time, and Energy while increasing productivity on job sites.Think of us like an outdoor bootcamp, except with construction materials!Walk In agents must have an athletic mindsets, active, outgoing and well spoken. Here’s what it takes to be a Walk In Agent.The Switch: The ability to make a mental shift, and let your team know it’s go time. You are about to walk in300 sheets of drywall!Team work: Work with your team to find solutions and innovate. Ask for help!Communicate & Collaborate: Don’t be afraid to call out plays and counts to lifts. Be each others eyes and ears.Ownership and Pride : Don’t stop until you’re proud of what you’ve done.Dig Deep: Like everything life throws at you, keep grinding!Position Title: WALK IN AgentSchedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pmPay: $17 per hourPosition Description: The Walk in Agent reports to the City Operations Manager of Montreal and is an integral part of our success. They are primarily responsible for offloading the vehicle effectively with quality construction materials and walking in the orders with a team in a timely manner.Your typical day includes:

  • Inspect vehicle, clean, replenish supplies and report damages
  • Receive customer orders through our smartphone app
  • Report to and communicate with the dispatcher at all times
  • Offload material from a 20ft Box truck efficiently with a Team and secure it for transport
  • Drive to job sites around Montreal with a Team
  • Create chains with team to WALK IN construction materials
What you would do:
  • Offload materials from your delivery vehicle at different job sites around the city.
  • drive to the construction site to deliver the order with your team
  • unload and walk-in the material with your team
  • Be a part of promotional videos
  • Help create a brand and a household name
Qualifications:
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs with your team
  • Comfortable working with a smartphone, apps and chat program
  • Knowledge of construction, renovation and building materials
  • Professional driving, delivery and courier experience
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with a sense of urgency and hustle
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license for 3+ years
  • Clean uncertified 3-year drivers record from SAAQ issued within the last 3 months
  • Clear criminal record check issued by SM COMPANY
