Job Description

Title: Customer Success SpecialistLevel: IntermediateReports to: Manager of Customer SuccessWhat we doBinSentry is an Internet of Things (IoT) startup in the AgTech (agriculture technology) industry. Our sensors help monitor inventory for feed bins by predicting future consumption using deep learning and generating optimal shipping routes using genetic algorithms. We design, manufacture, and assemble our own hardware but we focus primarily on software services. Our software leverages the power of our sensor to automate numerous aspects of a feed mill; from ordering feed to delivering it. We offer both our hardware and software as a service (HaaS and SaaS). What we #39;re looking for

  • 2-3 years of Customer Success experience or equivalent in Account Management (bonus if with Cloud Software)
  • Directly manage up to 25-35 customers
  • Ability to effectively run Monthly meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • AG Industry experience is a bonus
  • Manage customer onboarding and product training for Customers, Partners, and Pilots
  • Focus on Customer Relationships working towards Retention and Upsell
  • Discuss and track customer Goals and Objectives through clear KPIs
  • Ability to work cross functionally between Service, Sales, and Product
  • Support product through feedback sessions and Beta Programs
  • Excellent Communication and strive to be proactive whenever possible
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Take responsibility and accountability for for customer issues via Support Tickets and ad-hoc requests
  • Analyze Customer Usage through PostHog to drive optimal engagement
  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot/Salesforce, tracking emailsamp; calls, diligent notes
