As a Field Sales Representative, you will develop and nurture these connections, ensuring that our retail channels, dealers and corporate clients, are consistently satisfied with our exceptional services.Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail levelFoster strong relationships with retailersProvide coaching to Sales RepresentativesTrain Retailer StaffConduct pre-scheduled training sessions weeklyProvide Sales Assists at locations weeklyGather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived in the marketPlan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have necessary product knowledge and trainingEnsure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report backSupport Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the marketResolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presenceProvide feedback to Regional Field Manager and clientSupport Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the fieldSet up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programsProvide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.Merchandising executionTraining facilitation at trade show events as neededRequirements:Fluent in English both written and verbalExcellent communication skills, written and verbalDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an assetSales experience in home appliances is an assetDemonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sectorExperience as Field Sales RepresentativePost-secondary degree/diploma in a related disciplineExcellent communication skills, written and verbalPrior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectivesAvailable to travel within the market.
