We are currently seeking for a Salesforce Field Services QA Analyst to join our team. SalesForce Field Services QA Analyst supports business process through technology solutions. The purpose of this role is to test and try to break business software solutions for complex and large scale Field Services projects through rigirous testing, finding creative and unusual ways to push the system to its limits. Job Responsibilities: Rreport the bugs with clear communicationResponsible for QA documentation creation, review, sign-off ( test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test phase closure reports, entry/exit criteria).Participate in daily defect status calls to ensure prompt and thorough documenting, tracking and testing.Identify, log, pursue and triage defects collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless delivery.Support and verify implementations in production environment and run sanity testing.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred University degree (Bachelors) in computer science, engineering or business, mathematics or a similar nature4+ years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience2+ years of QA experience with Salesforce ecosystem including Field Services ModulesFamiliarity with all testing types and principles including but not limited to these phases: Component, ST, SIT, UATamp; E2E test cycles.Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing using complex integrations and multiple sets of data.Proficient in system integration and application programming interfaces (API) testing and verificationSkilled in providing reports on test planning, execution, defects statistics to project team using standard test quality metrics.Proficiency in documenting and recording bugs and errors discovered during software testing.Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills throughout all stages of SDLC.Self-starter, with strong analytical skills.Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.Experience in working on both mobile and desktop applicationsMust have expertise to test manually with SalesforceExperience with project management systems like Azure DevOpsExperience with creation and maintenace of test cases for SalesforceExperience in Salesforce integration testing with external systemsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or Hybrid methodologyDemonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionally.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders.Strong organizational, planning and creative problem solving-skills with critical attention to detail.Proven track record of delivery quality projects with no to minimu post production tickets.History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefingamp; demonstrationsHere are just some of the benefits/perks enjoyed by our employees: · Currently we are working on a hybrid basis· Open concept work environment · Training and skills development opportunities· Diverse work culture· Competitive compensation· Exceptional career growth· Flexible Health Benefits· Casual Fridays· Unlimited Gourmet Coffee…. essential for success!· Video game consoles, ping pong table, foosball table· Social Committee Events· Etc.
