Permanent full timeDIRECTION: Coordinator of Technical ServicesSTARTING DATE: As soon as possibleFUNCTIONS:Under the authority of Coordinator of Technical Services, the person administers, supports, installs, configures and maintains the various micro-computer components (hardware and software) that make up the institutions computer network. The person manages the rights of access to the computerized information system; provides technical support to users of software and computer equipment and intervenes during service interruptions; develops wiring plans to connect the various services to the treatment center. She oversees the links between the microcomputers connected by the Windows operating systems. She also deals with the projects of implementation of new applications, working closely with internal users. She assists the director in the specific functions of the information system of the establishment. She may be called to go to other communities to meet the need for different points of service. She provides emergency on-call duty on rotation evening-night-weekend.
