ReplacementTemporary Full Time (35 hours / week)Maternity leave replacement 1 year with possibility of prolongationIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head of Programs CLSC (Youth and Family)DIRECTION: Direction of Community ServicesSTARTING DATE: As soon as possibleSUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:The person assesses nutritional status; determines and ensures the implementation of an intervention strategy aimed at adapting the diet according to needs in order to maintain or restore health; develops the required nutritional programs; is responsible for the care and follow-up of clients requiring nutritional intervention. The person conducts an overall evaluation of the client's condition and determines the objectives of his or her intervention; decides on nutritional treatment and ensures client follow-up; participates in the development and adaptation of nutritional tools and acts as an expert advisor and support to his or her colleagues in the establishment.
