This person plays a vital role in the delivery cycle of all events led by our customer. This position involves business development, trade show production coordination, and on-site supervision. The main goal is to ensure exceptional service and product delivery to assigned accounts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and contract with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee trade show production and on-site supervision.
  • Manage shows from planning to invoice collection.
  • Act as a liaison with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Generate accurate show management invoices and adhere to timelines.
  • Participate in the Plan/Budget process and set targets for assigned shows.
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue and profitability for assigned shows.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Lead meetings and document proceedings.
  • Supervise show personnel and subcontractors.
  • Measure and communicate show metrics for improvement.
  • Share technological advancements with the team and clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
Skills and qualifications :
  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred
  • Ten years of combined experience in tradeshow production and sales
  • Strong command of English and French languages
  • Effective presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Maintains a positive attitude and builds relationships
  • Demonstrates professionalism in a leadership role
  • General accounting/finance knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Special Considerations:
  • Experience with union labor
  • Availability for flexible working hours and travel
  • Adaptability to changing environments and responsibilities
