Ready to make a difference Join us and let #39;s build something amazing together!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SITE SUPERVISORAs the new Site Supervisor, you review, schedule, and oversee the commercial projects, maintaining high standards throughout each project and put our clients FIRST. You ensure all demolition meets First Onsite #39;s quality standards, produce comprehensive materials lists for repairs, and provide revisions to the scope of work before it begins if necessary. The Site Supervisor offers immediate direction and assistance to onsite crews, ensuring timely project completion and keeping all parties informed of progress and any changes to the original work order.You ensure that company health and safety policies and procedures are strictly followed by all teammates and subcontractors. You maintain detailed project schedules for multiple sites, monitor staff efficiency and effectiveness, review and authorize timesheets, and inspect progress and work quality during and after repairs, reporting outcomes to the Operations Manager.Qualificationsamp; Experience:
