Join Our Team at First Onsite In Dartmouth: We have an immediate opening for a Contents Manager!Are you ready to lead and inspire in the heart of our contents operations First Onsite is seeking a dynamic and driven Contents Manager from the restoration industry to join our team and make an impact!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENTS MANAGERAs the Contents Manager, you will be the linchpin of all cleaning and contents handling processes within our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities in Burnside Industrial Park. Your leadership will ensure that our Contents Processing team operates like a well-oiled machine, delivering exceptional results with speed and precision. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of content processing, from quality control to storage, ensuring every item meets our high standards.Beyond the contents, you #39;ll be the guardian of our facility and physical assets, managing vehicles, equipment, and inventory with meticulous care. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about excellence.Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the disaster restoration industry; managing and scheduling Contents Technicians, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, meeting KPIs and service levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures for First Onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Experience in conducting health and safety training, tailgate meetings, and maintaining up-to-date safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a performance culture by providing regular feedback and creating specific development plans for team members.
  • Ability to foster a culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent, promoting First Onsite as an#39;employer of choice. #39;
  • Strong collaboration skills, required to work closely with the Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of training and educating new employees on company policies and restoration procedures.
  • Participate in 24/7 management on-call rotation
Desired Certifications
  • Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification
  • Odor Control Technician certification (OCT)
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
  • Proficiency with biological technology
  • Possesses the educational requirements to obtain certification in: Commercial Carpet Cleaning (CCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation (RRT) and Upholsteryamp; Fabric Cleaning (UFT)
