The role ensures the consistent execution of basic processes by supervising resource allocation, process adherence, compliance, change integration and process improvement. The Team Leader follows established procedures to analyze situations, data, and processes to achieve business objectives. The role identifies and makes recommendations to improve employees’ productivity, processes, tools, and services. This position is a 18 month secondment.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
