Our laser is still the first and only of its kind in the province.We have decided to expand the services that we offer to include skin rejuvenation, as well as hair, haemangioma and spider vein removal; again, offering these services with the first laser of its kind in the province.Thus, we are looking for a new receptionist to join our loyal team.We are searching for someone who is looking to grow with our business; someone who is looking for a career rather than simply a job.Responsibilities include:-Greeting clients-Scheduling/rescheduling appointments-Answering phone calls-Educating clients on our methods-Some light cleaning-Assist with the smooth running of our clinic___The hours of the position are:Tuesday to Friday: 9:45 am to 6:00 pmSaturday: 9:45 am to 4:00 pmSalary: $17/hourWe are looking for someone who:-Is bilingual (English and French; written and spoken)-Is punctual (Punctuality is extremely important)-Is loyal (Someone who will have our clinic’s best interest at heart at all times)-Is professional-Has good energy and is approachable-Works well under pressure-Has strong communication skills (Both with clients, and with coworkers/bosses)-Is computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Booking software, etc...)-Has knowledge of Social Media (Instagram/Facebook)*Experience would be beneficial, but is not necessary.___We are a small business that takes pride in our high standards.
