Job Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and to take ownership of administrative support to our Collision Centre team. Acting as an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose our Collision Centre services as well as managing daily and monthly business administrative duties. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients by exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, booking appointments related to the Collision Centre.
  • Accepting payments, filing and updating documents.
  • Responsible for daily accounting functions for the Collision Centres
  • Insurance billing compliance and collections.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain and clarify/resolve invoicing issues
  • Establish and sustain positive working relationships with customers.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and a safe driving history.
