  • Review and manage open Purchase Orders by external vendors
  • Follow up to ensure on time shipments
  • Responsible for communicating and following up on goods in transit
  • Coordinate receiving priorities
  • Place purchase orders in accordance with SAP proposals
  • Analyze inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Create inbound deliveries of offshore PO
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Supply Chain field is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a Supply Chain role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Experience with SAP ERP, BI
  • General knowledge of supply chain activities
