Whats the roleThe Hilti Center Rep is responsible for managing and operating a Hilti Center while maximizing walk-in sales and smaller field accounts while simultaneously providing a high level of customer service (95% order fill rates). The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis.
