Job Description

Get exposed to the unique world of Aerospace! The newest warehouse person to join the Laval team will be responsible to accept and inspect incoming stock and documentation to be compliant, picking, packing and shipping out orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.*Please note this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel-toed shoes. Occasional Overtime/on call may be required*Responsibilities

  • Maintain shipping and receiving logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and documentation are in conformity
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, export declaration ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products according to established standards (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation in the warehouse
  • Operate and maintain safe usage of warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with aerospace and ISO procedures, rules and regulations
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
  • Willingness to assume a variety of tasks to assist the functionality of the warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned
Competencies
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience, Aerospace or construction industry experience considered a strong asset
  • Bilingual in English & French, Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including exposure to inventory control applications
  • Must possess good personal time management and prioritization and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity working within a quality management system ISO 9001 strongly preferred
  • Must be a dynamic team player with a positive attitude, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
