You will play a key role by ensuring the smooth functioning of your branch, listening to your employees and coaching them on a day-to-day basis.This position reports to the Regional Vice-President.In your role, you will be expected to:Meet the branchs expected financial contribution (based on the regional business plan) by presenting it to your team and identifying the expected behaviours and business development activitiesProvide personalized coaching to Advisors, the Customer Service Manager and the business development support team, to help them develop their skills and progress in their careersOversee the hiring, development and performance management of your teamMotivate your team to ensure a superior client experienceEnsure that members of your team apply and adhere to the established rules of engagement regarding client segmentation, referrals, transactions, risk management, regulatory compliance and branch proceduresAct as a Business Unit Compliance Officer (BCO), overseeing all Mutual Fund Representatives (MFRs) assigned to the unit and ensuring that all transactions comply with suitability and compliance rulesBuild lasting relationships with branch clients through various acquisition and retention activitiesOptimize the quality of service offered to small businesses by assigning Advisors based on the branchs market potentialAct as an ambassador for the Bank within the local community and build profitable relationships with primary business partnersThe candidate needs to be able to identify all risks inherent to the Personal and Commercial Banking sector’s activities.You would you like to know more about the position and/or the projects Do not hesitate to contact the different RVPs (Regional VPs), Jean-François Magloire (Laval), Martin Guénette (Lanaudière) and Éric Hubert (Laurentides)Based on your academic background, at least 5 to 10 years experiencein managing and coaching a business development teamin business development in the financial industryCollege diploma and 10 years experience, or University certificate or National Bank University Program and 9 years experience, or Bachelors degree and 7 years experience, or Masters degree and 5 years experienceMutual fund representative (MFR) licenceBe a Business Unit Compliance Officer (BCO) or become one within 3 to 6 months of hiringFrench and English (both spoken and written)This challenge is interesting for you Please apply now!The Bank has innovated by modernizing its performance evaluation system to better meet our clients’ evolving needs.
