COMPÉTENCES & EXIGENCES DU POSTE :

• Autonomie, curiosité et être organisé
• Capacité à travailler en équipe
• Baccalauréat en Comptabilité, titre CPA (atout)
• Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel.
• Fort Intérêt pour la programmation, ex : Power BI (atout)
• Bilinguisme requis (anglais, français) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. L’environnement de travail est majoritairement en anglais pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle interne et externe située dans tout le Canada.
• Expérience de 5 ans dans un domaine similaire, incluant dans un environnement manufacturier/distribution
• Expérience avec l’utilisation d’un ERP, ex. : JDE

QUE FERAS-TU

• Préparer les états financiers mensuels et les budgets
• Être responsable du dossier d’audit de fin d’année et de la production des déclarations fiscales
• Être responsable de l’exactitude et de la conformité de la base de données de profitabilité (Cognos)
• Analyser la rentabilité par clients, produits et saisons
• Gérer l’encaisse des entités du groupe et des contrats en devises étrangères (USD et Euros)
• Être responsable du dossier des assurances
• Superviser les déclarations de royautés
• Superviser les comptes à recevoir et les déductions des clients
• Superviser les payables.

Prix de revient :

• Maintenir les coûts standards des produits achats revente et analyser les écarts possibles
• Assigner les frais dimportation aux prix dacquisition des produits
• Compléter les écritures de fin de mois reliées à l’inventaire et aux frais de transport
• Supporter les gestionnaires des sites et les comptables
• Participer activement au décompte physique annuel, ainsi qu’aux inventaires ponctuels effectués durant l’année
• Effectuer des recommandations concernant l’amélioration des processus existants

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Autonomy, curiosity and organization
• Ability to work in a team
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA designation (asset)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interest in programming, e.g. Power BI (asset)
• Bilingualism required (English, French) both orally and in writing. The work environment is mostly in English to meet the needs of internal and external clients located across Canada.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar field, including in a manufacturing/distribution environment
• Experience with the use of an ERP system, e.g. JDE

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
• Be responsible for the year-end audit file and the filing of tax returns
• Be responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the profitability database (Cognos)

• Analyze profitability by customer, product, and season
• Manage the cash of the groups entities and contracts in foreign currencies (USD and Euros)
• Be responsible for the insurance file
• Supervise royalty declarations
• Supervise accounts receivable and customer deductions
• Supervise payables.

Costing:

• Maintain standard costs of products purchased and resold and analyze possible variances
• Assign import costs to the purchase price of products
• Complete month-end entries related to inventory and freight charges
• Support site managers and accountants
• Actively participate in the annual physical count, as well as in ad hoc inventories conducted during the year
• Make recommendations regarding the improvement of existing processes
• Other related tasks
