We attribute our success to the unwavering commitment of our team to delivering outstanding customer experiences while embodying our shared values of integrity, respect, teamwork, performance, and passion.At Laura Canada, we believe that delivering an outstanding customer experience is driven by our commitment to an outstanding employee experience.Job DescriptionThe CRM Analyst is responsible for the implementation and development of CRM and digital analytics solutions across Laura and Melanie Lyne websites. They will play both a technical and strategic role across our organization. They will shape the future of online and offline marketing efforts by providing key analyses on a variety of business metrics.1. CRM Analysis

  • Provides multi-channel (direct mail, email, social, paid media, affiliates, etc.) analysis of marketing campaigns including ROI reports and other KPIs.
  • Provides customer-specific statistical reports, as required.
  • Prepares and distributes various daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports, as required.
  • Performs the maintenance and reporting of all loyalty programs and provides assistance when needed.
  • Works with the email team to setup marketing automation communications and manages all related dataflow required.
  • Develops and presents clear and comprehensive findings/recommendations to leadership on key analytical initiatives.
  • Integrates existing analytical tools (segmentations, models, etc.) into analytical deliverables, manipulates, analyzes, and interprets data from different sources.
2. Database Maintenance
  • Subject matter expert on the data sources contained in the customer database and how they can be leveraged to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Verifies and processes all incoming sales, merchandise, employee, email, store and customer information into CRM system. Ensures all internal processes related to CRM are running correctly.
  • Performs various database maintenance functions.
3. Internal Customer Support
  • Assists in CRM/Analytical-related IT projects.
  • Assists all other departments with CRM/Analytics-related requests.
Qualifications
  • University degree with a minimum three (3) years of experience performing and leading digital and CRM analytics.
  • Expert in site analytics tools implementation and development, in particular Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with behavioral, funnel, cohort, checkout and attribution analysis as well as A/B testing in an eCommerce context
  • Experience with data integration (FTP, API, email) and data modeling in a web analytics context is an asset.
  • Experience with the Google Marketing Platform products (Adwords, DCM, DBM) and their integration within the Google Analytics suite is an asset.
  • Experience using a CRM data tool like Aptos
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Has a true passion for analyzing data.
  • Has developed project management skills.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the fashion industry (brands, designers, customers)
  • Bilingualism
