  • Conduct supplier onboarding meetings;
  • Ensure all communications with new and existing suppliers;
  • Validate product templates provided by selected suppliers and ensure they meet Linen Chest guidelines;
  • Put products online ensuring that the product pages created meet the needs of the customers;
  • Ensure that information provided is accurate and easy to understand;
  • Review product information when necessary;
  • Research additional information and photos when necessary;
  • Liaise between multiple parties to ensure consistency and quality of content across the company.
QualificationsWhat you bring to the team:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Essential);
  • Ability to manipulate complex data, create formulas and automate information;
  • Bilingualism: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (essential);
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Experience with Magento or other e-commerce content management systems (an asset).
