Privately owned and based in Laval, Quebec, with a strong vision for innovation and optimizing the employee and client experiences, we continue to help generations of Canadian women to look and feel their best.Job DescriptionAs the eCommerce Business Analyst, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of providing a personalized shopping experience tailored to each customer’s need. You will play a pivotal role in delivering to market a variety of initiatives to fuel our Digital Retail D2C (direct to consumer) and Omnichannel Experience strategy. You will be responsible of providing data driven insight to improve our operational and retail performance, identify new opportunities to innovate and inform our strategic plans. You will collaborate with a team of experts in different specialties. Your role will be key to identify, document, and manage the scope of the project as well as its evolution in order to support business objectives, business needs, detailed requirements and business rules.How will you support the team

  • Perform sensitivity analyses in support of business cases for retail initiatives.
  • Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision.
  • Lead business requirements gathering with internal and external partners such as customers, Product Manager (Owner), market research firms, business stakeholders and other sources to inform the design of retail D2C solutions.
  • Define the integration test strategy and scenarios and validate the test results.
  • Assist the business in the definition of UAT scenarios and support during the execution of UAT.
  • Deliver recommendations to address operational gaps to implement process and solution improvements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to analyze performance and market insights.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using analytics and research methodologies.
  • Act as a liaison between professional employees and management, analyzing and interpreting business interdependencies, company procedures, policies, and workflows.
QualificationsThe people who thrive with us have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or any related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in a digital/eCommerce or retail industry
  • More than 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or product owner role using Agile method
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, and other known eCommerce technologies
  • Powerful storytelling & presentation design skills, in English and French
  • Proficient in backlog management, project & change management, KPIs and reporting
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
  • Excellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it to diverse audiences
  • Excellent listening skills to understand requirements and communication skills to explain and promote solutions.
