Live-In Building Janitor - Vanier Boulevard.Immeubles Karmel.Job Title: Superintendent.Resident Concierge with experience required for a 69 unit building in St-Vincent de Paul. We are looking for a bilingual janitor who will be responsible for tracking tenant requests, housekeeping, and minor repairs, etc.Duties and responsibilities:Administrative:Pick up rent and distribute correspondence.Showing the apartments to potential customers.Maintenance:Daily:Perform minor repairs as needed.Provide daily maintenance of sidewalks and entries during the winter months.Daily cleaning of the laundry room and building entrances.Weekly:Clean the inside and outside of your building.Take out the garbage and recycling on proper collection days.Monthly:Clean, maintain and prepare apartments for rent/visit after moving and renovations.Perform regular inspections.Divers:Snow removal and field maintenance.Ensuring cleanliness of the building garage.Ensure compliance with the rules.Any other tasks deemed necessary.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in concierge.Self-sufficient.Responsible and organized.Language: French and/or English (Current).Master of Technology (email, messaging, photos, etc.)** We are offering a 2-bedroom apartment as well as a salary **Quick Apply
