Job Description

Joignez-vous à notre équipe grandissante au Québec! Le magasinier sera à la fois magasinier et aussi acheteur. Leur principale responsabilité sera de soutenir les opérations de service, de magasin et dentrepôt.The tool attendant will be a blend of a storekeeper and a buyer role. Their main responsibility will be to support service, shop and warehouse operations.Responsabilités

  • Surveiller le mouvement de tous les outils pour assurer un inventaire précis.
  • Création de bons de commande pour les fournisseurs locaux.
  • Responsable des achats locaux.
  • Maintenir les outils en bon état afin dassurer un fonctionnement sécuritaire pour la réparation de léquipement.
  • Responsable du crédit de base et des retours de base à lusine
  • Responsable des retours sous garantie
  • Assurez que lemballage et les documents sont appropriés pour le transport des retours de matériel et de garantie.
  • Point de contact de tous les sous-traitants pour les inspections et les réparations des équipements de latelier.
  • Surveiller la certification des outils et des équipements pour sassurer que nous respectons les exigences de la norme ISO 45000.
English:
  • Monitor the movement of all tools to assure accurate inventory.
  • Creating PO’s for local suppliers.
  • Responsible for local purchases.
  • Maintaining tools in good condition to ensure safe operation for equipment reparation.
  • Responsible for core credit, and core returns to factory
  • Responsible for warranty returns
  • Ensure appropriate packing and documents for core and warranty returns transport.
  • Point of contact for all the subcontractors for inspections and repairs for equipment in the shop.
  • To monitor certification of tools and equipment to assure we are meeting requirement of ISO 45000.
Compétences
  • Doit avoir au moins 3 ans dexpérience de magasinier.
  • Une expérience dans lindustrie de léquipement lourd est préférable.
  • La connaissance de la norme ISO 45000 sera considérée comme un atout.
  • Doit être flexible et adaptable.
  • Motivé à améliorer les normes, à développer un nouveau département et à établir de meilleures pratiques et processus.
English:
  • Must have at least 3 years of tool attendant experience.
  • Experience within the heavy equipment industry will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45000 will be considered an asset.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable.
  • Driven to improve standards, to develop a new department and establish better practices and processes.
