Job Description

Moreover, the success of COGIR Immobilier is based on the good teamwork between the various departments and on all the people who have joined the company for more than 25 years.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Located in the heart of the Chomedey district in Laval, the Les Jardins de Renoir residence is a housing complex for seniors that offers you a superior quality environment, combining nature, elegance, comfort and security.We are currently looking for a Daytime Auxiliary Nurse, 22.5 per week, every other weekend, talented and concerned about the health of residents.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors home certification and the code of ethics
  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
  • Create and maintain metuculous notes in related Dossiers in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières du Québec (OIIQ)
  • Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
  • Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
  • Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
  • Respond to all emergency situations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
  • PDSB training
  • Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
  • Member of the OIIAQ
