What you’ll be doing:
  • Guaranteeing the safety of people and products
  • Ensuring reliability of stock management
  • Guaranteeing a uniformity of processes
  • Making the client and collaborator experiences efficient
  • Leading your teams to ensure that your store is always “Clean, New, and Operational”
  • Guaranteeing economic ratios on general costs
  • Working in collaboration with the store director to meet objectives
  • Taking responsibilities and initiatives daily
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of the company
  • Building, training, and growing the store team
What we are looking for:
  • A demonstrated interest in retail business, security of people and goods, and sports
  • Management skills and a willingness to use a participative and inclusive approach
  • Leadership skills and the ability to be an active listener who demonstrates empathy towards other team members
  • Ability to organize training sessions and measure the impact these sessions have on team development
  • A demonstrated interest in the continual improvement of processes in order to achieve greater efficiency
