Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager, Performance Marketing, the Digital Paid Media Specialist runs the online paid search and social campaigns in a very performance-driven environment. As a Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will focus on the day-to-day operations of digital paid media to ensure success. You will be responsible to develop and execute all media campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance across all digital channels.How you will support the team:

  • Plans, develops, executes, and tracks paid search, display and paid social campaigns across all digital platforms with the objective to maximize the investment.
  • Builds Performance Media plans and identifies online media buying opportunities. Continually optimizes to evolve the strategy.
  • Analyzes campaign performance and provides recommendations on possible optimizations to improve media performance in order to meet objectives/KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
  • Manages Media Operations including campaign setup and budget changes, optimization, assets and reporting (weekly and monthly reports)
  • Leads vigorous A/B testing on creative and add formats to optimize results and help drive thinking around content creation specific to each platform
  • Develops cohesive acquisition strategy and aligns to the brand and marketing calendars.
  • Works in close collaboration with the CRM, design and content marketing teams to help drive customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Leverages Google Analytics to develop a clear and robust understanding of impact of key paid channels and develops a multi-touch attribution model.
  • Works with and manages external vendors and partners.
