Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Sales Director reports to the President and is responsible driving the company’s revenue and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. They play a critical role in achieving strategic business objectives and implementing plans in support of the company’s financial goals and will develop and drive a consistent execution. The Sales Director is responsible for implementing the vision, strategy, framework, standards and guidelines of STRUCTUBE.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, aligned with Structube’s objectives;
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by sales teams in stores and online;
  • Monitor sales performance through data analysis of key KPIs and reporting;
  • Use insights from sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies;
  • Identify trends, challenges and opportunities within the sales data;
  • Oversees customer satisfaction and makes recommendations to other departments to improve customer retention and loyalty;
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Retail Operation, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) to ensure sales strategies align with other business functions;
  • Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, allocation and reporting;
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure they are cost-effective and contribute to the profitability of the company;
  • Provide regular reports to the company’s senior leadership, including updates on sales performance, market trends and strategic initiatives;
  • Develop sales training programs to help sales teams in stores achieve their goals;
  • Travel across the country to Structube’s stores to help build sales strategies and ensure their execution.
