Prepping food and plating dishes according to the restaurant menu specifications. Chopping and preparing vegetables, weighing and mixing ingredients, storing foods, time and date stamp them. Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare salads and entres. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen ie washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces taking out trash etc. Able to work as a team or on your own with little supervision.
