Job Description

Part Time BookkeeperKelly Services is in search of a part time Bookkeeper for our client. This position would be a one year maternity leave cover. As a part of this team you will be managing the offices’ finances, tracking the organizations revenue, expenses and taxes as well as producing financial reports. If you are an experienced bookkeeper who is organized and detailed, please consider the following:RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily sales reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Data Entry
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Excellent technical skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Avimark an asset
  • Detail oriented, possess strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and work effectively within a team
